Terms of service
These terms cover buying and using a Pulse Passwords membership. They are written to be read, not to be skipped.
Last updated September 1, 2026.
01The agreement
These terms are the agreement between you and Peacock Silver Inc ( “we”, “us”), the company that operates Pulse Passwords and sells the membership described here. They apply when you buy a membership, use this website, or sign in to your account.
Peacock Silver Inc is an Idaho corporation, file number 6881332. Its registered address is 4716 Mountlake St, Chubbuck, ID 83202-1732, United States.
02What Pulse Passwords provides
Pulse Passwords is a password-manager membership. We sell you the licence, we manage renewals and support, and we give you a member zone where you claim your included activation key and access installation instructions.
The password manager itself is an application that you install on your own devices. It is produced by a technology partner and licensed to you through us. We are not the author of that software. We never collect, transmit, inspect, or store a master password or vault contents.
The membership covers a one-year password-manager licence for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. Any additional end-user terms from the software producer are presented to you before installation and apply to your use of that application alongside these terms.
03Who may subscribe
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. You must give accurate details and use a payment method you are entitled to use. A membership is for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
04Plans, price, and checkout
There is one membership: Pulse Passwords membership, at $14.95 per month.
The price shown at checkout, including any tax, is the price that applies. It is calculated on our servers rather than in your browser. If a published price is obviously wrong, we may decline the order and refund anything already taken.
051-day trial
New memberships start with a 1-day trial. Membership access is available for the whole trial and $0.00 is charged when you sign up. We take your card details at signup so the membership can continue without interruption if you keep it.
The trial converts to a paid membership automatically. If you have not cancelled before it ends, the first monthly payment is taken at the price shown at checkout, and the membership renews monthly from that date. Cancel at any point during the trial, from your account or by emailing us, and no payment is taken. One trial per customer and per payment method.
06Automatic renewal
Your membership renews automatically each month and continues until you cancel it. It renews at the same price as your first payment. We email you before a renewal is charged and show the next renewal date in your account.
A different amount applies only if a tax or mandatory government charge changes, or a renewal is declined and we make the single reduced attempt described under Payment. We may change our prices with at least 30 days notice by email, never retroactively, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
07Payment
By subscribing you authorise us to:
- charge your payment method on each renewal date;
- retry a failed charge a reasonable number of times over the following days;
- make one reduced attempt of $12.95 if the full amount is declined. It covers that month only, is never more than your normal price, and the following month returns to the normal amount;
- use another payment method you have saved on the account if the first one fails.
Card details are entered inside a hosted payment frame belonging to our PCI-compliant payment processor. Pulse Passwords does not receive or store your card number. Charges appear on your statement as PULSEPASSWORDS.
Your membership stays on while we are retrying. If the balance is still unpaid after those attempts, we may suspend access until it is settled.
08How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from your account, without contacting support and without explaining why. You can also email billing@pulsepasswords.net from your account address.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself create a refund; see our refund policy.
09When we may suspend or end access
We may suspend or close an account if:
- payment fails and is not resolved;
- the account is used for fraud, licence resale, or anything unlawful;
- a chargeback is raised on a charge we were never given a chance to review;
- continuing would break the law or a partner agreement.
Where the reason is not fraud or abuse, we will tell you first and give you a reasonable chance to fix it.
10Licences and vouchers
Your membership entitles you to one pre-generated password-manager activation key for one year on Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS, subject to inventory. You download the application and create an account with the software producer first. You then claim the key from the member zone and apply it with that producer.
Activation keys are issued for your own use. Do not resell, publish, or share them. Keys obtained through a cancelled, refunded, or charged-back membership may be deactivated where the software producer supports deactivation. An assigned key cannot be returned to inventory.
11Your account and fair use
Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or scrape this service, and do not use the password-manager application for unlawful access or credential theft.
12What a password manager cannot promise
Password generation, saving, and autofill depend on the software being installed, signed in, and used as designed. A master password you set with the software producer cannot be recovered by us.
We provide the membership and the software with reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee that credentials will never be lost, or that every login will always succeed. Keep a recovery path you control. Nothing here is legal, financial, or security consulting advice.
13Ownership
Pulse Passwords, this website, its text, and its design belong to us or our licensors. The applications belong to their producers. You get the right to use them for as long as your membership is active; you do not get ownership of them. Your credentials remain yours.
14Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the membership is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost or corrupted data.
15Changes, law, and contact
We may update these terms. If a change matters to you as a paying member, we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect, and you may cancel if you disagree.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, and disputes go to the courts of Bannock County, Idaho. Consumer protections and courts that the law makes available to you where you live are not displaced by this clause.
