Before you join.

Where are passwords stored?

In the encrypted vault inside the installed application, on your devices. Pulse Passwords does not host that vault and does not store login records on this website.

Can Pulse Passwords see my master password?

No. We never collect, transmit, inspect, or store a master password or vault contents. The master password exists only in the partner application you install.

Which devices are supported?

Native applications are available for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. The member guide links to official downloads after purchase.

What happens after checkout?

You open the member area, install the official application, create the partner account, then claim and apply the activation key. The key is last on purpose.

What is the licence term and how does renewal work?

The fulfilled password-manager licence is one year. The Pulse Passwords membership is billed monthly and renews until you cancel. Amounts are shown at checkout and come from the same price list the server uses.

How does sync work?

Sync is a setting in the installed application. Pulse Passwords does not move vault data and does not imply that this website hosts an encrypted copy.

What does Pulse+ include?

An optional checkout add-on of ten full Windows titles with one-year licences. It is never sold separately. Claim rules and Windows requirements are explained in the member area.

How do cancellation and refunds work?

Cancel from your account at any time to stop the next renewal. The refund policy states the first-payment window and the renewal courtesy window.
